Request for improvement of personal host problem

First of all, my level is Platinum 55. The betting rolling amount is US$2,061,983.75. I am also very active in the game. However, I requested a loss bonus from my personal host, but the host's superiors refused and I did not receive it. The loss that day was $36,000. My personal host is very stressed and I have requested a change 3 times. I definitely have to make a claim. My host nickname is BCGame_Aly.

After checking, it appears you have already received a few lossbacks from the VIP host. For your next lossback, it’s up to the VIP host’s discretion. I have forwarded your complaint to the VIP Host team, and hopefully you’ll receive a response soon—at least by tomorrow—since today, the 19th, is a Sunday. Good luck!

It actually happening to me too.. 

Even my birthday bonus he gave .e 2days after .. what is the point of giving delay bonus ??

My vip host never fu...in give me loose back bonus anymore .. Previous Athea was so much better.. I believe if you lost more that 350usd you are automatically eligible for loss back so keep fight for your right .. !! 아자 ㅋㅋㅋ
